Playa Colorado Surf and Turf, USA number 865-268-9139.
1. From the airport turn right, go straight all the way toward Tipitapa. You will come to an intersection that is signed to the right for Masaya.
2. Take the road to Masaya several miles till it deadends. Turn left.
3. Go straight. Follow this nice road along the outskirts of Masaya for a couple miles. Just past a sign that refers to Aeropuerto Cafe you will come to the first roundabout (rotundo). Go right.
4. Continue along this road. Stay on main road, up past Catarina and down.
5. After several miles turn right at Granada/Nandaime intersection. This will be a long, wide, swooping right.
6. Follow a few more miles and turn left at Nandaime/Jinotepe intersection. You are now going through Nandaime.
7. Follow straight for many miles to Rivas. As you come into Rivas take first big right, which will have signs for Hacienda Iguana, Rancho Santana, Arenas Tola, Tola.
8. Go a mile, or so, and take a right at stop sign. You have bypassed Rivas and are heading for Tola.
9. Follow the road to Tola. It is about 12 km and takes about 15 minutes from Rivas.
10. Continue going straight as you enter Tola. Turn left at the stop sign past the park. Turn right in about 2 blocks, following signs.
11. You will now be on a dirt road. Stay on main dirt road and follow signs for Hacienda Iguana or Rancho Santana. The gate for Hacienda Iguana is about 15 km from Tola and is 6 km before Rancho Santana gate.
12. Hacienda Iguana's first entrance will be on your left hand side. You will see two yellow security cabins, palm trees and the gate You'll need to tell the guard you are renting a condo.
13. Once inside the gate follow the road about 3 km and you will reach another smaller security gate. Turn right and follow the road as it curves around to the left.
14. You will see the condos. Park in front of the sales office and our friendly staff will be ready to greet you.
